Singing has been shown to be particularly beneficial for individuals with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD - providing a sense of empowerment & self-confidence and allowing individuals to express themselves in a safe and supportive environment.

Learning an instrument, although beneficial, can sometimes feel daunting to an individual. Our instrumental group sessions are offered to people of all ages & levels and encourages them to learn in a collaborative environment whilst fostering their love of music.
As participants work together to create music and perform in front of others, they can develop a sense of accomplishment and pride in their abilities. This can help them feel more self-assured and confident, not only in their musical abilities but also in other areas of their lives.
