Mission to Music CIC is proud to present 'TurnUp!', an innovative project offering free music workshops for underprivileged children during school holidays. These workshops, including band camps and musical theatre projects, provide a valuable opportunity for children to interact and express themselves in a safe and supportive environment during what can often be an isolating time.
Designed by specialists with extensive experience in delivering similar services, 'TurnUp!' aims to create a positive impact on participants. Each project can run for up to a week during school holidays and takes place in local high schools to make the workshops easily accessible.

Schools can support 'TurnUp!' by identifying students who would benefit most from the program and allowing the use of their facilities during holidays. Schools with a large number of children on FSM are especially encouraged to participate, ensuring those who need it most have access to this valuable opportunity.
If you're interested in running one of these projects at your school, please get in touch at office@missiontomusic.co.uk. Together, we can create a brighter future through music.

Funders are vital to the success of 'TurnUp!' Financial support will help us reach more children, expand workshops, and ensure sustainability for future sessions. Your funding will directly impact underprivileged children, helping them develop musical talents, improve social skills, and build confidence. Chantry Academy - TurnUp 2024!
We were so impressed by the attitudes and work ethics of the group of participants who joined us this summer at Chantry Academy. We spent 3 days in August workshopping song writing skills, instrument techniques and recording.
The Mission to Music team were amazed at the quality of musicianship and creative talents these students showed us.
As our pilot project, we’re very determined to continue this service and grow the team and outreach even further throughout 2024/25.
Thank you to Leah and the team at Chantry Academy!
thankyou…
